Typically, I work with clients on an ongoing basis, producing a set number of articles each month. However, I’m happy to work on an ad-hoc basis or produce a one-off piece of content.

Let’s get you a killer content in 4 simple steps:


Step 1: Enquiry and Briefing


You contact me and brief me on your content need and provide the topic(s), targeted keyword(s), outlines, CTAs, and deadlines. If we are working long-term, it is best you provide a content creation calendar lasting at least 3 to 6 months.

Step 2: Research and Writing


I do the necessary research and draft the blog post. Unless stated otherwise, I will include the SEO meta title and meta description, internal links, along with the supporting images. Then, I will I will proofread and edit the content.

Step 3: Revision and Submission


When done, I will submit the draft to you via Google Docs for review. Based on your feedback, I will refine the content. Then, it’s ready to go live.

Step 4: Replying Comments


If needed, I am willing to respond to any comments that are made on the blog within 72 hours of the post’s publication.

What’s your average turnaround time?

It depends. On average, I use 2-5 working days to complete and submit a blog article. Content with more word counts or image needs tends to take more time to put together. However, If you opt for regular work, I make sure to prioritize your work and meet your deadlines.

Do you write unique content?

Definitely. Even when I research and reference external sources, I never copy and paste other people’s content. I paraphrase and rewrite where applicable.

Do you use AI to write content?

I will write your content myself. However, I do use AI and other writing tools from time to time to help with research, grammar corrections, idea generation, and to overcome writer’s block. It helps in understanding your content better and speed up the writing process. But I will never copy-paste content from these tools in your content. 

Do you provide images and screenshots?

Yes. I will take screenshots and include them in your content as much as needed. However, I do not provide videos. This is a separate service that I offer.

Who owns the copyright?

Once you have paid for and received your completed content, it is yours to do with as you wish. But if you fail on payment, then you automatically relinquish your power of ownership to me even if the topic and outline was provided by you.

Please note that I may add the topic to my portfolio and link to the article on your site to secure work from potential clients.

Do you post the content for me?

Not officially but it can be arranged for clients with WordPress sites.  If this is something you’re interested in, please let me know.

Can you write other stuff too?

I can write documentation, email copy, eBooks, and scripts for video tutorials, case studies, and other types of WordPress related content. This is open for discussion.
